EN BOBINA PRINT MANAGEMENT SL (B84647734), a company in the graphic arts sector dedicated to offering its clients multiple services within this field and with a strong commitment to the environment, hereby informs that it has incorporated into its procedures the requirements of the PEFC Chain of Custody under the PEFC ST 2002:2020 standard, in order to promote the consumption of sustainable forest products. This allows the company to manage information regarding the origin of such products, make accurate and verifiable claims about the material purchased, and establish traceability of these products and their derivatives up to their sale. Our organization guarantees the legality of, and compliance with, the requirements of the EUDR (Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 May 2023 on the making available on the Union market and the export from the Union of certain commodities and products associated with deforestation and forest degradation, and repealing Regulation (EU) No 995/2010) for the products covered by our CoC system.
To this end, our organization, based on the principles and values that govern and are promoted by PEFC Organizations, guarantees full compliance with the PEFC ST 2002:2020 standard and, in particular, with the social and occupational health and safety requirements set out in section 4.10 thereof, relating to health, employment, and occupational safety issues based on the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, 1998, which include, among others:
- not preventing workers from freely associating, choosing their representatives, or collectively bargaining with the employer;
- not using forced labor;
- not employing workers below the legal minimum age of 15 years, or below the compulsory school age, whichever is higher;
- not preventing equal employment opportunities and equal treatment of workers;
- ensuring that working conditions do not endanger the safety or health of workers.
Therefore, for this purpose, the organization states that:
- The organization does not employ workers under the age of 15 or below the minimum age stipulated in national or local laws or regulations, whichever age is higher.
- The organization is not located in countries where national laws or regulations allow the employment of persons between the ages of 13 and 15, and in the event that it may be located in such countries in the future, it guarantees that such employment shall not interfere with school attendance nor be harmful to their health or development. In particular, when children are subject to compulsory education laws, the work they perform shall be outside school hours and during normal daytime working hours.
- No person under the age of 18 is employed in hazardous or heavy work, except for work whose purpose is training in accordance with approved national laws or regulations.
- The organization prohibits the worst forms of child labor.
- Employment relationships are voluntary and based on mutual consent, without the threat of punishment.
- There is no evidence of practices indicating forced or compulsory labor, including, among others:
- physical or sexual violence;
- work under conditions of servitude;
- withholding of wages / including the payment of recruitment fees and/or the payment of a deposit to start work;
- restriction of mobility/movement;
- retention of passports and identity documents;
- threats of reporting to authorities.
- Employment and occupation practices are non-discriminatory.
- Workers may establish or join workers’ organizations of their own choosing.
- The organization respects the full freedom of workers’ organizations to draw up their own constitutions and rules.
- The organization respects the rights of workers to engage in lawful activities related to the establishment of, affiliation with, or assistance to workers’ organizations, or to refrain from doing so, and does not discriminate against or punish workers for exercising these rights.
- The organization negotiates in good faith with legally established workers’ organizations and/or their elected representatives and makes every effort to reach agreements through collective bargaining.
- Collective bargaining agreements are implemented, whenever they exist.
With the unequivocal commitment to:
- Comply with all applicable legislation and regulations.
- Ensure at all times the traceability of certified products while they are under the custody of our organization.
- Carry out continuous improvement of the process, enabling the organization to ensure that the designed system is appropriate and guarantees the promotion, on our part, of sustainable forest management among the parties that make up the chain.
- Train the parties under our responsibility involved in the system, making them aware of it so that they are integrated and actively participate in its implementation and maintenance.
